A little about myself. I'm a 52-year-old married mama with 4 kids: 24, 22, 22 (identical twins), and 16. The oldest and youngest live at home. My oldest kid, Jay, is my assistant. Check out his bio here! My husband, Anthony, and I have known each other for 26 years, been together for 10 years, and been married for 5. We met in a Lord of the Rings chatroom.🤭 I have worked in childcare most of my life. Before I had my kids, I was a preschool teacher for centers in Beaverton, Hillsboro, and Corvallis, a Montessori assistant teacher in Albany, and a nanny for 4 different families. Since I became a mom, I've worked as a respite care aide and a preschool teacher, helping to build an in-home preschool. I am certified in first aid and infant/child/adult CPR. I have also taken over 50 hours of infant and child continuing education classes, including, but not limited to, safe sleep practices, music and movement, healthy eating, and working with autistic children. I have a degree in biology and chemistry from OSU. In my free time, I love to garden, crochet, listen to music, play games, and search online for little kid crafts. All of the adults in the house are registered in the background check and fully vaccinated.
